Insight Angels was founded in 2015 by two market research industry veterans who identified a need for a more flexible and applied approach to customer insight.
Nic is an industry leader in quantitative research, skilled workshop facilitator, lucid brand strategist, and thrives on bringing together multiple insight strands to help clients see the bigger picture and empower them to act. Prior to founding Insight Angels, Nic led the insight practice at brand and insight consultancy Added Value. He also spent several years client-side, leading strategy and insight for eBay in France, Italy and Spain. He's a keen mountain biker, Volkswagen campervan-er, and can often be found hurtling around the Surrey hills with his bike.
Previously a client-side thought-leader, Barbara can manage any research brief, synthesise myriad insights to get to that 'killer slide', and is an expert at embedding insight within an organisation. Prior to founding Insight Angels, Barbara headed up research at eBay Europe and held senior roles at BSkyB and T-Mobile. She has been an MRS Board Director, won AURA awards for driving industry progress and bottom line impact, and was a finalist with her team for the MRS award 'Best in-house team'. She's a keen runner, when not running around after her two young sons.
