Case Studies

We’re proud to have worked with some truly great brands.

The team at Insight Angels are fantastic partners. We spoke with a number of the big consultancies before selecting IA. The pitch promise lived up to the working reality; the team are razor smart, challenging, fast yet friendly and decent too. You get very experienced professionals working on your business who aren’t at their first rodeo; the advice is grounded within the commercial reality, it is succinct and truthful. The model works very well for technology businesses who are moving too fast for slower agencies/consultancies, and the commercials/fees work well too in comparison.

I couldn’t recommend them more highly to a business that is looking at either marketing segmentation, consumer research or broader commercial strategy.

Insight Angels do something a lot of market research agencies struggle to do well... focus on getting the right questions asked and then having incredible attention to detail when setting everything up. The write-ups not only give insights but also synthesised recommendations that are immediately actionable in the business. The Insight Angels team turns things around quickly and delivers to tight deadlines. Insight Angels has delivered great research for the UK and also on a pan-European basis including focus groups and surveys. Highly recommend them.

Insight Angels have recently completed the quantitative phase of a large and complex study to develop a segmentation of people with a vision impairment, on behalf of the three major sight loss charities in the UK – RNIB, Guide Dogs and the Thomas Pocklington Trust.

Despite the challenges of researching a hard to reach and potentially vulnerable group during the height of the pandemic, Insight Angels have successfully delivered a new segmentation that provides us with a much richer and more sophisticated understanding of our audience than we have ever had before. The fact that the findings resonate so well with visually impaired people and are felt to accurately portray their journey to adapt to living with their sight loss is a reflection of Insight Angel’s commitment to building authentic and sensitive insights.
