Illuminating a new customer target

As an international provider of digital lotteries, Lottovate required insight to inform its go-to-market strategy in a new territory. Insight Angels conducted quantitative and qualitative research to identify pockets of interest in the concept, and to bring to life insights around the target in an inspiring way. A key facet of the work has been a focus on internal engagement through workshopping and the creation of personas to inspire media and messaging strategy.
